10 Years of Experience in Teaching Law


In addition to her expertise as a legal practitioner, Liliana Bakayoko has gained valuable theoretical experience by teaching various legal subjects for ten years at some of the top higher education institutions in France. Before focusing on the development of her law firm, she taught law at Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II) and served as a Professor of Law at European Business School (EBS), the École Supérieure d’Administration et de Management (ESAM), and the Lille School of Management (ESC Lille). She also trained lawyers in private international law at the Paris Bar School (EFB).

Liliana Bakayoko is a lawyer at the Paris and Sofia Bars and holds a Doctorate in Law. She completed her university education at Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II), where she earned her Doctorate in Law by defending her thesis, "Commitment in Law." She also obtained a post-master's legal qualification in Bulgarian law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

In 2003, Liliana Bakayoko received the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) from the Paris Bar School (EFB). She was sworn in as a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2004. In 2010, she obtained a Legal Capacity Certificate from the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice and also became a lawyer at the Sofia Bar. This enabled her to act as counsel for a renowned American international energy development company on issues related to the IGB interconnection pipeline between the Greek and Bulgarian gas systems.
